Deposit:
Please be prepared to pay a non-refundable 20% deposit on all dates in the Central Florida area, and a 50% deposit on all FMTY and Touring dates.

Cancellation Policy:
If life gets in the way of our plans and you have to cancel, please do so within 48 hours. Your deposit may be used for a later date (within 30 days), if re-booked day of cancellation, at my discretion. Cancellations within 48 hours require a 50% cancellation fee for touring&fmty/the entire remaining donation to be paid for Florida dates.

Etiquette:
Please place your donation in an unsealed envelope in plain view at the beginning of our date. If we are meeting in a public space, please put the envelope in a gift bag, tucked into a great book, or vinyl of your choice. Please do not make me ask you for the donation, I hate to bring us out of the moment!

Screening:
Please fill out all required areas of the booking form. Screening is not optional and is for my safety. Your information is treated with the utmost discretion and will be deleted immediately after the screening process.

For consideration, please be prepared to submit the following:

Identity Verification: In a separate email, please submit a photo of your fully legible government ID with your name, birthday, and picture fully visible. This can be sent to miafiorelli@proton.me

Employment Verification: Send a link to your endorsed Linked In profile. To verify this, you will receive a message from me, which you will in turn reply to. If you do not have a Linked In, you may send in a work website that lists your name and a photo of you instead.

**You may screen using one method from above and two recent provider references (within six months) at my discretion. I do not accept references from providers I do not know personally. **
Wardrobe:
I will do my very best to accommodate your outfit requests for our time together. If you'd like to dress me in something special, please reach out via email to discuss, or choose something you like from my wishlist. ​
